Reflecting on an Incredible Week at InfoComm 2026

As we settle back into the office following an outstanding week at InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas, I find myself reflecting on the strengthened relationships, the new connections established, and the opportunities that lie ahead.

Our team travelled to Las Vegas on Monday, enjoying a smooth and uneventful trip that set the stage for a productive and memorable week.

On Tuesday, before the show officially began, we focused on team building while also taking advantage of opportunities to connect with both longtime partners and prospective new clients. With temperatures soaring between 107 and 109 degrees, some members of our team explored Las Vegas together, while others spent the day on the golf course, building relationships and engaging in meaningful conversations with industry professionals. Despite the extreme heat, it was a great opportunity to strengthen our team and prepare for the busy days ahead. The evening concluded with the entire group gathering for dinner at the MGM Grand, where there was no shortage of great food, laughter, stories, and camaraderie.

Wednesday marked the official start of the show floor at InfoComm. We entered the convention together before dividing into smaller groups to maximize our time and coverage throughout the event. Throughout the day, our team had the pleasure of reconnecting with many of our existing clients while also meeting numerous new organizations looking for trusted partners in the Pro AV industry. We were especially pleased to enjoy lunch with one of our clients that we a history dating back years working together on the show floor, a reminder that some of the best business relationships are built and strengthened through continued face-to-face interaction. These conversations continue to reinforce that strong partnerships remain the foundation of long-term success.

After a full day at the convention, everyone returned to the hotel to unwind. Several members of our team had the privilege of sharing dinner at Hugo’s Cellar with one of Mega Services’ valued long-term clients. The evening provided an excellent opportunity to continue meaningful conversations, strengthen an already successful partnership, and discuss future opportunities for collaboration in a more personal setting.

The rest of the team embraced everything Las Vegas has to offer, spending the evening taking in the sights of the city before stepping outside their comfort zones and riding the Big Apple Roller Coaster at New York-New York Hotel & Casino. It was the perfect way to balance a productive day of business with a little adventure and plenty of memories.

Thursday morning marked the beginning of our team’s return home, with several members departing Las Vegas after a successful week. Those remaining continued representing Mega Services and making the most of every opportunity the event had to offer.

Our CEO enjoyed a wonderful lunch meeting with one of our valued clients, continuing conversations about future opportunities and collaboration. The evening was equally memorable as he met with one of the top-tier technicians in the Las Vegas market, joined by our Director of Engineering and our IT Manager, creating an excellent opportunity to discuss technical excellence, partnership, and future growth.

Looking back, InfoComm 2026 was about far more than exhibits and technology it was about people. The opportunity to reconnect with long-standing clients, build relationships with new partners, collaborate as a team, and invest in the future of our industry made this an incredibly successful week.

To everyone who took the time to meet with us, thank you. We truly appreciate the conversations, the partnerships, and the trust you place in Mega Services.

We are already looking forward to seeing everyone again at InfoComm 2027 in Orlando. Until then, we’ll continue doing what we do best, building relationships and delivering reliable solutions for our partners across the country.
